What is the difference between Momentum and Coaching Pods?

Momentum is an 8-week live online course featuring expert instructors, group coaching, Q&As, peer connections, and role-playing. This guided learning experience helps participants build critical skills and confidence through interactive lessons and practice.

Coaching Pods provide 5 months of small group peer-to-peer development for participants. In these facilitated cohorts of diverse professionals, participants will connect with peers, gain effectiveness, and build confidence through shared learning. Coaching Pods empower participants through an ongoing community experience centered around their goals.

Both Momentum and Coaching Pods are designed specifically for aspiring professional women seeking career advancement and transformation. You can learn more about our offerings here.

Do you have any age restrictions?

When we first launched, our intent was to create programs for those in the first 10 years of their careers. However, we've realized the ideal participant is not defined by age alone. Momentum is a foundational program ideal for emerging talent, individual contributors, and those seeking future roles of influence, impact, and leadership - irrespective of age.

Do you have any gender restrictions?

Our programs were uniquely designed by women for women to address obstacles that often prevent women from advancing their careers. We provide a personalized, intimate learning experience where women can express their inner voices, challenges, and future desires.

While these programs have been designed for women who are individual contributors and aspiring leaders (below the director level), they can benefit anyone who wants to advance their career with intention and be part of an encouraging and supportive peer group.

Do you offer private cohorts?

At this time, we offer Momentum and Coaching Pods as private cohorts exclusively for companies. This means we work directly with business leaders to deliver the programs internally for groups of 20 or more employees. If your company is interested in learning more about bringing Momentum or Coaching Pods to your employees, please contact us at hello@equiptwomen.com

Do you offer a free trial for Momentum and/or Coaching Pods?

No, and here’s why. Momentum and Coaching Pods are designed to cultivate clarity, connection and commitment in a confidential setting over a period of time. They are not intended to be experienced on a drop-in or trial basis. It's also not a great experience for the women who have signed up for the full commitment.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that life happens. We’ve created solutions that help participants and organizations navigate these changes and allow us to preserve the learning experience for every cohort.

We allow for one deferral that is redeemable within one year of the deferral request. In this one-time offer, participants can defer to a future session of the same program at any time.

If a participant chooses to withdraw from the program, a full refund will be given provided the request occurs in writing before the end of the first week. For example, if a session begins on January 24th, deferral requests must be made by Monday, January 31st.

No withdrawals or refunds are possible after the first 7 days of the program.

Does this program offer a certification?

Yes, after submitting a Game Plan, participants will receive a Certificate of Completion at the end of every program.

Do you offer 1:1: Coaching Packages?
